Hotel nightly room cost + taxes (2 nights) are included in your event registration fee, however attendees will be responsible for any additional nights, incidentals or extra charges to your room. Please be sure to select your check in and out dates when registering for the event.
Hotel check in time 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as guests rooms become available. Hotel staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when guest rooms are unavailable and for guests attending the event on departure day.
Airport & Ground Transportation
There are several airport options for you to get to the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort. Please select the option that works best for you:
- SNA - Santa Ana/Orange County/John Wayne Airport - approximately 30 minutes to the resort
- LAX - Los Angeles - approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to the resort
- SAN - San Diego - approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to the resort
We recommend using a ride share option (Lyft/Uber/Taxi) to get from the airport to the hotel.
Resort Parking Fees:
- $35 for day use
- $70 for overnight
